Announcing NICA's New Electronic Billing Process

NICA is introducing our inaugural electronic billing process designed to enhance your annual payment experience, reduce waste, eliminate unwanted mail, and ensure the security of your payment.

To use the new Electronic Billing Process: Open your electronic invoice email, verify your name, address, license, and invoice amount. Select "Pay Now" to use the secure web payment portal, pay your fee by credit card. It's that easy. Your annual bill is paid!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a physician and a Complaint has been filed in the County Court in Leon County, Florida by the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association ,whether you have been served or not, seeking past due assessments, you may not make the past due assessments via this website. Any payments made and/or confirmed via the website will not discharge the Complaint.
